Today I called this place and asked if they took new patient walk ins. As I am new to this town a lot of places are appointment based only. The lady that answered the phone said yes what's going on and I told her my ear had been hurting for a couple days but this morning it was horrible and I think I have an ear infection and was wondering if they had a doctor there that could look at my ear and tell me what was going on. She informed me if I came in and told them I was in any pain that they were gonna escort me out the building because I was only there for narcotics and that I would be arrested. I have never been treated like that nor have I ever been talked to like that. I understand where we live and where yalls building is located but you should never talk to someone the way I was talked to. Your employees need a reality check!
